WAPor.top is now wap.ad!
As the functionality and content of WAPor.top continue to grow, I decided to invest in a fancier domain name: wap.ad!
Changing domains after just three months might break a few bookmarks, but it is better to rebrand now before there are too many external links to the old site.
Why the .ad TLD? The site has no ads (so far), but it was one of the few reasonably priced TLDs where I could secure a premium-feeling "wap" domain name. Plus, it is completely T9-friendly! Typing "wapor.top" takes 15 keypresses, but "wap.ad" takes only 6!
I do not have any vintage hardware for testing, so please leave a comment if you run into any issues on your WAP-enabled phone!
